No one notice how EVERY single team in Naruto is made the SAME way? There’s always a serious guy, who is usually the best in the team, (sasuke, shino, neji, gaara, shikamaru…), an idiot, hyperactive, noisy character (naruto, kiba, lee, kankuro, choji…) and someone useless (the girls).

I can see how you’d find a similarity, but you lost it labeling all the girls as useless.
I’d say Ino was more of the ‘idiot, hyperactive, noisy character’, rendering her spot as the useless one no more.
As for Temari? C’mon son.
She took down Tenten (with ease), took on Sasuke to protect her brothers while she was almost out of chakra, saved Shikamaru, and managed to take down a fucking Kage.

Don’t do it.

Oh yay, more of the same tired excuse to just label all the female characters useless for being female like no one’s thought of it before.
There is a pattern to the Konoha teams, actually, but that’s not quite it. They all consist of two kids who excel at different fields (and are an introvert and an extrovert, respectively) and (at least) one kid who could use the inspiration/peer pressure to realize their potential.
For team7 the “useless” one is Naruto, it’s not exactly made a secret to us that he barely graduated academy, and Iruka even says he is placed on the same team with Sasuke for this reason. Sakura has a lot of work to do on the practical applications of her knowledge, but her grades were among the best in their class and she has great chakra control and a talent for genjutsu. That Kishi doesn’t know how to write situations where she gets to show these informed abilities much doesn’t mean they don’t exist. Nor does that Kakashi obviously has no idea how to teach her. Luckily she had the sense to seek out tutelage elsewhere instead of continuing to channel all her energy into trying to be the therapist all her three teammates need.
In team8, all the kids are from specialized clans and Hinata is the one having trouble living up to her elders’ expectations. When taken out of the abusive environment she was learning her basics in, she has quickly improved both her skills and her self confidence.
Team10 was pretty much predetermined from the kids’ birth, but let’s pretend they weren’t made teammates just because their dads were teammates and their clans are always going to be teammates. Shikamaru is a genius, what else’s new, and again despite Kishi not wanting to focus on it, Ino also graduated with top grades. She knows her skills and how to use them, and for most of Part1 she’s more or less the team leader. Chouji has confidence problems like Hinata, and his main motivation to keep trying is that Shikamaru believes in him. Shikamaru likewise isn’t doing anywhere near his best, and it took until the Sasuke Rescue arc or longer for him to get his act together. At the time of their graduation, Ino is the one dragging the other two forward.
Neji is the genius Hinata was expected to be, Tenten is awesome with weapons and driven to improve, Lee is the odd kid who can’t use ninjutsu or genjutsu that people don’t know what to expect from (except Gai who has as good as adopted him).
The sand siblings are from a different village and a team for the reason that they’re siblings rather than that they work well together (which they don’t, the team when introduced is basically Gaara and those other two he’s stuck with, and Kankuro and Temari are both talented, but only get to show it when they fight one-on-one).
Obviously things have shifted around as the kids have grown, but that’s where they were when all 5 were still teams. And teachers aren’t perfect, as I mentioned with Kakashi above: they each have a favorite (and only one of them is the girl of the team - Hinata, while Kiba and Shino already have second teachers in their families, unlike her). And the author isn’t perfect, as I also mentioned above and as he has admitted himself: Kishimoto doesn’t know how to write women. Just saying that all the girl characters are useless (as characters or as people) is pretty ignorant, sexist, and ignorant of sexism.

I finally got round to seeking out some nice custom brushes for gimp and had a play around with naruto characters again cause I’m a nerd. Team 8 ♥
Maybe I’ll start properly posting regularly again some time..
