The kitteh has discovered that my new bag-that-matches-my-belt has excellent adhesiveness for cathair, which is an excellent reminder for me to keep my stuff off the floor where she can mistake them for convenient cat-couches. Actually it’s a bag that matches the Merlin cosplay that apparently is now going to happen for reals, because as much as the thought of breaking character with my flowery pink handbag tempts me, it’s too small to carry Aithusa in (*le sads*).
Anyway, after going through some fleamarkets and closets, I have successfully acquired suitable garments minus jacket and boots, which I suppose would be wise to put off until later anyway, seeing as if I’m going to wear this outfit in the summer, I would appreciate not melting in the thickly-lined things that are the only kind of outdoor clothing in stores at the moment. But yeah, I’m quite happy with how this looks so far. And I won’t tell Merlin his tunic is actually a maternity shirt if you won’t. It’s comfy as hell.
